Death at 3 Margarita’s in Tempe

Tempe police have confirmed they are investigating a death at 3 Margarita’s in Tempe.
Officers responded to a call at about 1:40 p.m. Monday and found the body of a 49-year-old man on the property outside the restaurant, police reported. The restaurant has a sign posted on the front door that says it is closed for the summer.
There are no signs of trauma or foul play, police reported.
Because the investigation is ongoing and the next of kin have yet to be notified, Tempe police would not release any further details at this time.
