ASU professor Betsy Schneider received cash from a Guggenheim Fellowship and has embarked on her new project, “Thirteen,” documenting the lives of 13-year-olds.

New parking meters take cards, run on solar

The city of Tempe has added 90 new parking meters from Third Street to University Drive that run on solar power and accept debit cards.
