Slideshow: Inaugural Phoenix art festival features Calle 16 mural project

Members of the Calle 16 mural project were featured at the inaugural Phoenix Festival of the Arts Dec. 7 through Dec. 9 and painted scenes on large white sections of a 1,200-foot-long mural.
