ASU senior wing Carrick Felix has one more opportunity to compete in a Sun Devil uniform.

Felix was selected to participate in the Denny’s Slam Dunk Championship at the State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships, the event announced Monday on its Facebook page.

The 6-foot-6 wing was the last of eight entrants revealed. The other seven dunkers are La Salle junior guard Ramon Galloway, Missouri redshirt senior guard Keion Bell, TCU senior forward Garlon Green, Minnesota senior forward Rodney Williams Jr., Long Beach State senior wing James Ennis, Detroit junior forward Doug Anderson and High Point redshirt senior forward Corey Law.

Felix made his mark for making athletic dunks all season, including a windmill dunk in transition against Cal State Northridge on Dec. 8.

The 25th State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships will be aired live Thursday, April 4, on ESPN at Georgia Tech’s McCamish Pavilion.
