Tempe police reported the following incidents Sunday:
The woman’s driver’s license was suspended due to driving under the influence in Florida, police reported.
The woman was arrested at 400 E. University Drive and transported and booked into Tempe City Jail, according to a police report.
Investigation revealed the man illegally entered the restricted parking lot after passing a “No Trespassing” sign, police reported.
The man admitted he knew he was trespassing because he read the “No Trespassing” sign before jumping over the concrete wall, according to a report.
He could not provide a clear reason for being in this restricted area without authorization and was transported to the Tempe City Jail, booked and held to see a judge, police reported.
The incident occurred Nov. 2 around 3:30 p.m. at East University Drive and South McAllister Drive, police reported.
The man had reportedly been yelling at one of the women and struck her vehicle three to four times after she ignored him. The other woman witnessed this and began honking her horn at the man, according to a police report.
He then drove behind her and struck her vehicle once and fled the scene, police reported.
He was taken to Tempe City Jail, booked and held to see a judge, according to a police report.
