The ASU baseball team was picked to finish first in the conference by other coaches in the Pac-10 in the 2010 Pac-10 Baseball Preseason Coaches Poll.

The Sun Devils have won each of the past three Pac-10 titles, and were picked to win the conference title in the preseason coaches poll in both 2007 and 2009.

ASU received seven of the nine first-place votes, while second-place Oregon State received the other two first-place votes.

The Sun Devils finished last season ranked No. 3 in the nation.

This year Baseball America placed ASU 14th in the country in its preseason poll while the NCBWA placed the Sun Devils eighth in it’s preseason poll.
