Friday, February 12, 2010ASU has hired former Washington State running backs and special teams coach Steve Broussard as the team’s new wide receivers coach.
Broussard starred collegiately as a running back at WSU, where he finished his career third on the school’s all-time rushing list and fifth on the all-time receiving list.
He was drafted in the first round in 1990 and spent nine years in the NFL with Atlanta, Cincinnati and Seattle.
Broussard replaces former ASU wide receivers coach Eric Yarber, who left ASU to take the same position with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
