Graduate and undergraduate students in Professor Brown’s art history seminar class were given the opportunity of translating the pieces in the ASU Art Museum's exhibit, Traces of Japanese Life. The hands-on work with these art pieces provides students with a unique experience. Their efforts uncovered realizations about art both in the past and the present.
