Boo to Superintendent of Public Instruction Diane Douglas for some frankly baffling behavior. On Wednesday, Douglas announced that she was firing two administrators on the Board of Education. When Gov. Doug Ducey responded Thursday that she didn't have the authority to do that, she sent a press release with the subject: "Arizona Superintendent of Public Schools Diane Douglas Did Not See Doug Ducey's Name on the Ballot for State Superintendent." It's too early for in-fighting in our almost entirely Republican-run state government, guys.

Bravo to President Barack Obama for signing the Clay Hunt Suicide Prevention Act, which will require the Department of Veteran Affairs to study suicide prevention methods and create student loan incentives for psychiatrists working with veterans.

Boo to Netflix for accidentally leaking the first 10 episodes of Season 3 of "House of Cards" Wednesday afternoon, only to take it down less than an hour later. We get that there are leaks in Washington, but we've been waiting for Frank Underwood's return for almost a year now. Don't tease us, bae.

Bravo to Ukraine and Russia for reaching a ceasefire after intense military conflict within the region over the past few weeks. With Putin's unpredictable political moves thrown into the mix, we'll have to wait and see if this time of "peace" will actually last.

Boo to the lack of media coverage of the deaths of three Muslim students — Deah Barakat, Yusor Abu-Salha and Razan Abu-Salha — who were shot by 46-year-old Craig Stephen Hicks on Tuesday evening near the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill campus. The incident was allegedly incited by a longstanding parking dispute, but given some of Hicks's recent Facebook posts and comments by the victims' family, many believe the tragedy was a hate crime.

Boo-ravo to Kanye West for delivering a stunning performance at the 2015 Grammys with Rihanna and the legendary Sir Paul McCartney of The Beatles, then following it up with another "Taylor Swift" incident — this time interrupting Beck's speech after winning album of the year. But really, what did we expect?

Bravo to "Saturday Night Live's" 40th anniversary this week. The show will be bringing on alums Steve Martin and Kristen Wiig, as well as other special celebrity guests to celebrate the occasion during this Saturday's show.

Boo to Jon Stewart leaving the Daily Show after 16 years on air. While we appreciate all the laughs you've given us over the year, we'll be missing your presence on Comedy Central every night.

Bravo to the Pac-12 for moving the Pac-12 Gymnastics Championship from ASU to Utah, paving the way for the ASU women's basketball team to host NCAA tournament games. A scheduling conflict at Wells Fargo Arena would have meant No. 12 ASU would have to compete on the road in the first and second round, even if it was awarded one of the top 16 seeds.

Boo to the vice president of ASU's College Republicans for sending a disrespectful email to Arizona Democratic state legislators as part of fundraising efforts. The note mentioned how hard the group had worked to ensure fewer Democrats were elected, and was accompanied by a more professional, polite email for Republicans.

Bravo to ASU baseball's season starting Friday as the team opens up a new era at Phoenix Municipal Stadium against Oklahoma State. If there's anyone more excited than we are, well: ¯\_(?)_/¯.
