Tempe Police reported the following incidents Wednesday:

A Phoenix woman was arrested March 17 on the 100 block of West Libby Street on suspicion of criminal trespassing, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and disorderly conduct, according to a police report.

Investigations revealed that the woman and another woman were involved in a physical fight with an unidentified man in the men’s restroom of Mill Cue Club, police reported.

They were asked to leave the club by two security guards but refused, so they had to be escorted from the premises, according to a police report.

One of the women engaged one of the guards in a physical fight, attacking him as she was being escorted out and punching him in the face, police reported.

Then the other woman jumped in on the fight, pulling out a 4-inch knife, police reported.

As she opened the knife, she cut herself on her left thumb, police reported.

The woman was transported to Tempe City Jail, where she was booked and held to see a judge, records show.

A Phoenix woman was arrested March 19 on the 2900 block of West Durango Street on suspicion of fraudulent schemes, according to a police report.

On March 9, the woman committed forgery of fraudulent receipts from the Gaming Zone on 930 West Broadway Road, police reported.

The woman was scheduled for trial for a burglary and trafficking stolen property charge that occurred in March and April of 2014, police reported.

The woman allegedly entered the store and had an employee create an fraudulent receipt saying that she purchased a game called "Epic Monkey 2" on Jan. 1, 2014, according to a police report. She sold the game to a pawn shop, and it was reported stolen in the burglary she was on trial for, police reported.

The receipt was printed after the woman had been in the store asking for it four other times so she would not have to go to jail, police reported. However, the store was unable to find any records of her purchase so she gave them her information so the fraudulent receipt could be printed, police reported.

The woman brought the receipt to Maricopa County Public Defenders Office and gave it to her attorney and allowed it to hold as evidence, according to the report.

Officers checked the validity of the receipt and heard that the receipt was falsified after the woman reportedly harassed the employee and other customers, police reported.

There was video surveillance of her obtaining the receipt as well as other evidence like the tax percentage and invoice sequence number, according to the report.

The woman was transported to Tempe City Jail, where she was booked and held to see a judge, police reported.
