ASU football recruit DJ Morgan announced that he will be decommiting from the University and reopening his recruitment on Twitter Saturday.
Morgan, a four-star (Rivals.com, three-star Scout/247 Sports) defensive back out of St. John Bosco High School (Bellfower, Calif.), joins Hunter Kampmoyer as players who have decommited from the class of 2016.
The 6-foot-3, 200-pound safety announced his commitment to ASU on May 20 alongside high school teammates Traveon Beck and Sean McGrew. Beck committed to Cal, and McGrew committed to Washington.
ASURivals.com said Cal might be a place the Morgan may look at seriously in his recruitment.
If social media is any indication, look for DJ Morgan to take a serious look at Cal after decommitting from ASU. @CalRivals

Cal was the other finalist for Morgan when he made his announcement.

After Morgan's decommitment, ASU's 2016 recruiting class reportedly stands at eight commitments.
