ASU football has hired a new offensive assistant that several fans would find familiar, according to a report from AZCentral's Doug Haller.
Former quarterback Taylor Kelly will serve as an offensive assistant on this year's ASU coaching staff, working mostly w/ the quarterbacks.

Kelly was the starting quarterback for the Sun Devils in each of the past three seasons, leading the team to their first Pac-12 South title in 2013.
The 6-foot-2, 210-pound signal-caller is ASU's all-time leader in total offense with 10,223 yards, and is fourth all-time in passing yards (8,819) and third all-time in passing touchdowns (79) in 37 career starts.
He went undrafted in this year's NFL Draft, and did not secure a roster spot after landing a tryout with the Arizona Cardinals.
Kelly has been around the program during the offseason, including participating in youth camps.
The reported move should come as no surprise, as head coach Todd Graham on multiple occasions has said he would "love" to have Kelly on his staff once his football career is over.
