Tempe Police: Man parties at apartment before leaving with Xbox, PS4

The Tempe Police station, which is located on Fifth Avenue near College Avenue. 


Tempe Police filed the follow reports Tuesday:

A Tempe man was arrested on Oct. 9 in the 700 block of East Apache Boulevard on suspicion of attempting to sell stolen property, according to a police report. 

The man was at a party not far from his apartment when partygoers saw him take an Xbox and PS4 from the host’s apartment and immediately leave house, police reported.

When the suspect arrived back to his apartment, he tried to sell the stolen items to his roommates, who realized that the products were possibly stolen and contacted the police, according to the report. 

The man was transported to Tempe City Jail, where he was booked and held to see a judge, police report.
