A memorial in remembrance of the victims of the 9/11 terrorist attacks took place at Tempe Beach Park on Monday, Sept. 11, 2017. An organization known as Team Red White and Blue dedicated an event to strengthen national morale and honor those who lost loved ones 16 years ago. ASU alumnus David Garcia Telles is a volunteer with Team RWB and shared the mission of the organization and event.
