The ASU Police Department is adding a fourth case to its investigation of a series of recent arson incidents on the Tempe campus. A bicycle seat was set on fire.

Police make arrest in indecent exposure case

Tempe Police arrested a man Saturday who they say exposed himself and masturbated in front of a female ASU student.
