A former ASU student has filed a civil lawsuit against the Sigma Chi House fraternity, alleging two of its members sexually assaulted her in February 2008.

ASU is unique in its approach to forming new schools, focusing more on collaboration opportunities than budget-saving benefits, said several ASU professors and directors.
