Project Sunshine members volunteer to brighten Phoenix children's days

Project Sunshine is a nationwide volunteer organization with more than 15,000 volunteers who work to raise funds, distribute goods and interact on a personal level with children in hospitals. The ASU chapter of Project Sunshine was founded last year and its members have been working hard to touch the lives of local Phoenix children ever since.

Kick Butts Day events across campuses inform students about quitting tobacco

Information booths were set up at the Polytechnic, Tempe and Downtown campuses as student organizations and the Maricopa County Department of Public Health hosted Kick Butts day Wednesday to inform students about the devastating effects of tobacco products and resources for quitting available at ASU.
