Softball closer to Pac-12 lead after sweep of Stanford

Last weekend’s sweep of No. 16 Stanford put ASU closer to the top of the Pac-12 standings at exactly the middle point of the conference schedule.

Albeit against a simplified defense, the Sun Devils’ offense scored touchdowns on 10 of their 19 possessions and three of those touchdowns were plays of 40 yards of more.

Road woes continue as baseball swept by Stanford

The No. 20 Sun Devils had their momentum zapped by the No. 10 Cardinal, as Stanford earned its first sweep of ASU since 1999 with three commanding victories at Sunken Diamond.
