A 24-year-old Phoenix man was arrested Thursday near West Baseline Road and South Priest Drive around 10:45 p.m. on suspicion of possession of a narcotic drug and possession of drug paraphernalia, police reported.

21-year-old ASU student dragged by vehicle dies
An ASU student dragged by a vehicle during an attempted robbery early Wednesday died last night at around 9:30 p.m., according to a Tempe Police Department spokesperson.
