An 18-year-old Tempe man was arrested on charges of being a minor in possession of alcohol, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia on the 100 block of East 10th Street.

A 21-year-old Scottsdale man was arrested on charges of reckless and aggressive driving at the Towers Apartments on 525 S. Forest Ave.
Tempe Police reported the following incidents Tuesday:
A 26-year-old Phoenix man was arrested on charges of shoplifting at Fry's Electronics located on 2300 W. Baseline Road. Security guards allegedly saw the man remove a car stereo from a display shelf and attempt to conceal the item and exit the store.
A 19-year-old Scottsdale man was arrested on charges of theft at a Texaco Star Mart located on the 800 block of East Baseline Road. The man allegedly removed the lid of a coin-operated air machine and took $8.50 in quarters.
A 32-year-old Mesa woman was arrested on charges of driving under the influence on the 4600 block of South Priest Road. Police reported the woman had blood-shot eyes, swayed while she walked, slurred her speech and smelled of alcohol. She reportedly refused to take field sobriety tests.
