ASU Police reported the following incident Wednesday:A 19-year-old woman reported to police on Monday that her ASU Sun Card had been stolen, according to a police report.
The woman told officers she noticed her card was missing from her wallet and charges that she didn't know about were made to the card at the P.O.D Market, police reported.
The woman said she bought a replacement card, which was declined after she tried to use it for a $25 purchase, according to the report.She also told police she believed her 18-year-old roommate switched the old card out with the new one, according to the report.
Police questioned the roommate, who told officers she knew who took the card, but she didn’t want to reveal the person’s identity, police reported.
The roommate later said her friend took the card by mistake and returned it, according to the report.The roommate told police she made the switch because “she wasn’t thinking,” police reported.
Officers advised the woman to pay back the total amount of $72.21, police reported.

Tempe Police reported the following incidents Monday:A 40-year-old Mesa man was arrested April 5 on the 1700 block of East University Drive on suspicion of having an outstanding Arizona Department of Corrections parole violation, and marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession, according to a police report.
The man caused a disturbance at a McDonald’s restaurant and fled after employees called police, according to the report.
Restaurant employees provided police a description of the man, who went to the 7-Eleven gas station next door, police reported.
The man continued to act erratically inside the gas station, and the clerk set off the store alarm, police reported.
Officers apprehended the man in the doorway of the gas station and transported him to Tempe City Jail, according to the report.
At the police station, the man was searched and police found marijuana in a small baggie in his front pants pocket and a Zig-Zag cigar wrap, police reported.
The man told officers, “So I smoke weed,” according to the report.
He was booked and released, police reported. A 20-year-old Tempe man was arrested Wednesday at the intersection of South Rural and East Baseline roads on suspicion of driving with a suspended license, according to a police report.
Police saw the man get into the driver’s seat of a white van, drive westbound on Westchester Drive and pull into a Circle K gas station, police reported.
When officers attempted a vehicle stop the passenger in the van fled the scene, according to the report.Police then saw the man walking southbound on Rural Road as the passenger was being apprehended, according to the report.
When police asked the man why he was walking, he said it was because his license was suspended, police reported.
Police conducted a search of the man and found one oxycodone pill in his pocket, according to the report.
