The man was located near South College Avenue and East Veterans Way on ASU’s Tempe campus, according to a police report. The outstanding warrant was related to charges of failing to pay fines, police reported. The man was unable to post bond, and was processed at the ASU Police Department and later booked into the 4th Avenue Jail, according to a police report.
