Game Preview: It's time for ASU football to secure bowl eligibility against OSU

(11/16/17 2:10am)

A rough loss in Pasadena, California last weekend could come back to haunt ASU football (5-5, 4-3 Pac-12) if the Sun Devils unexpectedly lose to the Oregon State Beavers (1-9, 0-7 Pac-12). This is a Beavers team aiming to ditch their eight-game losing streak, and they will get the opportunity on senior day at home versus an inconsistent ASU team.

Game Preview: ASU football's search for bowl eligibility could end against UCLA

(11/09/17 3:28am)

ASU football is just one win away from bowl eligibility, a feat the Sun Devils (5-4, 4-2 Pac-12) haven’t accomplished since 2015. With all of the offseason negativity surrounding head coach Todd Graham, a barrel of transfers and a lack of stability at quarterback left ASU with low expectations. ASU could leave Pasadena, CA. with a bowl game in sight if the team beats the UCLA Bruins (4-5, 2-4 Pac-12).

Mammoth-sized defensive miscues led to the Sun Devils falling behind early

(10/30/17 1:41am)

Ding, ding. That was the sound of the imaginary bell that kicked off the expected fierce match between ASU football and the USC Trojans (7-2, 5-1 Pac-12). Instead, the Sun Devils' (4-4, 3-2 Pac-12) defense that was the liability for the first five weeks reared its ugly head once more on Saturday.

Impact: It wasn't a fluke, ASU football's defense is for real

(10/22/17 11:38pm)

In last week’s win over the No. 12 Washington Huskies (6-1, 3-1) it was the ASU defense that made the victory possible. Fast forward to Saturday’s game against the Utah Utes (4-3, 1-3), the Sun Devils (4-3, 3-1) were again defensively oriented, a performance that the ASU fans have not seen for the majority of the season.

Saturday night's game is one of the biggest wins of ASU football history

(10/15/17 5:18pm)

ASU fans walked out of Sun Devil Stadium with pride on Saturday night, and now the dust can finally settle on what was one of the greatest upsets in Sun Devil history. The victory was nothing short of remarkable as the Sun Devils (3-3, 2-1) beat the No. 5 Washington Huskies (6-1, 3-1) 13-7.
