The 46th annual National Wrestling Coaches Association All-Star Classic featured several hard-fought bouts at Wells Fargo Arena on Monday night, with the performances of Oklahoma State junior Jordan Oliver, Wyoming senior Joe LeBlanc and Edinboro junior Chris Honeycutt headlining a field made up of three National Champions and 19 All-Americans.

The youthful ASU wrestling squad is set to open the 2011-12 season tomorrow at the Eastern Michigan Open in Ypsilanti, Mich. The tournament will serve as the Sun Devils’ first opportunity to demonstrate that their lack of experience doesn’t necessarily translate to a lack of talent.
