The man spent approximately one minute inside the vehicle, according to the report.

A 38-year-old Scottsdale man was arrested April 20 on the 700 block of East Weber Drive on suspicion of drug paraphernalia and dangerous drug possession and use, according to a police report.

Officers contacted the man and he consented to a search of his belongings and his person, police reported.
A search revealed a glass pipe used to smoke methamphetamine hidden inside his right leg sock, according to the report.
During a post-Miranda interview, the man told police he used the pipe to smoke a $10 rock of meth in the laundry room, police reported.
