Officers woke the man up to make sure he was OK, and they noticed a marijuana cigarette on the wall underneath where the man had been lying, according to the report.

The man admitted the marijuana cigarette was his and he got it from a homeless woman in the area, police reported.

Officers searched the man and found two marijuana roaches in a cigarette box, a bag of marijuana in the man’s wallet, a bag of heroin in his wallet, a package of spice in his pocket, rolling papers and a bloody cotton swab in his pocket, according to the report.

Officers came to the woman’s home to serve her for a narcotics search warrant, police reported.

Officers found a pink container with the woman’s name on the front that had multiple hypodermic needles and meth residue inside them, according to the report.

The woman was on probation for dangerous drug possession, police reported.

The woman was transported to Tempe City Jail, where she was booked and held to see a judge, according to the report.
