As those who spend their summers in Tempe know well, life on campus and the surrounding areas can be pretty dull after move-out day is over. Photo editor Ben Moffat, a lifelong Tempe resident familiar with the annual college town lull, has been on campus looking for signs of life and photographing his findings.
