Police search Torre's home


Tempe police served search warrants on the home of Mark Aaron Torre, the Phoenix lawyer who turned himself in after the hit-and-run death of an ASU student, earlier today.

According to The Arizona Republic, police searched Torre's home and are continuing to investigate the accident that killed 18-year-old Jessica Woodin.

Woodin, an ASU freshman, died Saturday morning as she was crossing Apache Boulevard at McCallister Avenue. She was hit by Torre's car, a 2001 Ford Mustang.

Torre, 28, is an ASU and Harvard Law School graduate. He is an attorney in the law offices of Squires, Sanders & Dempsey.
