Police Beat: Scary homeless guy doesn't like P.F. Chang's


Tempe police reported the following incidents on Tuesday:

A 38-year-old Tempe man was arrested near the intersection of Broadway and Price roads on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia after he reportedly was found in possession of a glass pipe with which he admitted to smoking crack.

A 27-year-old transient man was arrested near the 700 block of South Mill Avenue on charges of disorderly conduct after he reportedly was seen yelling obscenities at citizens near P.F. Chang's.

A 23-year-old Tempe man was arrested near the 1700 block of East Don Carlos Road on charges of misdemeanor assault after he reportedly threw a plate at his girlfriend.
