In tonight's episode of 'Friends,' it's a continuing roller coaster with Rachel and Ross. Phoebe is undecided on what to do with her last name now that she is married, and Chandler and Monica take Joey to their future house in the suburbs of New York. Slowly but surely the friends are moving on to bigger and better things.

Phoebe was overwhelmed with joy when she found out she could change her last name. She might have gone a little overboard when she almost changed it to something other than her husband Mikes' last name. I think I speak for most of us when I say "what is she thinking?" When Mike found out that Phoebe was not going to be Phoebe Hanagen, he was a bit snubbed.

Since Monica and Chandler do not want to raise their future children in the city, they buy a house in the suburbs of New York. The two needed a second opinion about the house so they asked Joey to accompany them to look at it. Joey did not approve of anything about the house. He picks out every little detail that seems to be wrong with the house even if there is absolutely nothing wrong.

In the mean time Rachel has some trouble at the office when her boss at Ralph Lauren spots her at a restaurant with the evil enemy, Gucci. Rachel is offered an interview with the famous company that any girl would die to have. Sure enough Rachel is let go from her position at Ralph Lauren.

As for Ross, things at his job were just peachy keen when he is put on a ten-year plan which means he will always maintain his position at work and can only move higher up in status. Ross is extremely supportive of Rachel and her recent job fiasco. Rachel contacts an old colleague named Mark and he helps her find an interview with Louis Vuitton, another big fashion company. Ross gets jealous, of course, but he still maintains his cool collective self to avoid any sticky situations with Rachel.

Phoebe finally came to her senses and changed her last name to Hanagen, but she hyphenated it to Phoebe Buffet-Hanagen. After hours of telling Chandler and Monica not to buy the new house they were so excited about, Joey admits that the house is perfect for them. He was just scared of loosing two of his best friends. He'll never being able to just randomly walk into their apartment that is filled with memories of the six friends and all of their greatest moments. Joey didn't want to loose that. However, happiness comes first, and if the house made Chandler and Monica content, it made Joey happy.

Ross let Rachel know that he would always be there for her and support her in any way that he could. Since they have a child together you would hope so anyway. Rachel's interview with Louis Vuitton went well because she ended up getting the job. When Rachel told Ross the news he was ecstatic. Nonetheless, their happiness was put on pause when Rachel told Ross that the job was in Paris, France.

This will probably be the biggest decision of Rachel and Ross's lives. Not only will it be a test of their strength, but it will also make them or break them!
