Police Beat: Pay for your own damn food


ASU police reported the following incidents Tuesday:

An 18-year-old ASU student was arrested Tuesday at Sahuaro Hall and charged with theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. Police said the student took a credit card out of another student's purse and used it at a restaurant for $32.09.

A 41-year-old Scottsdale man was arrested Monday at Manzanita Hall and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said the man ran from police after an officer responded to a bicycle theft call. He was arrested for an outstanding warrant and when searched, officers allegedly found a glass pipe with white residue.

Tempe police reported the following incidents Tuesday:

Two Tempe men were arrested Monday near the 4500 block of South Hardy Drive and charged with disorderly conduct and contributing to the delinquency of minors. Police said the two men were involved in an altercation with their roommate. They also allegedly had two kegs at their house and several minors were consuming beer.
