Tempe police reported the following incidents Friday:
A 24-year-old Phoenix man was arrested early Friday morning on the 900 block of East University Drive and charged with criminal damage. Police allege the man threw a rock through a front-door window.
A 20-year-old Texas man was arrested early Friday morning near the Devil House bar, 829 S. Rural Road, and charged with using a fake ID to enter the bar.
A 20-year-old Peoria woman was arrested Thursday night on the 1200 block of South Dorsey Lane on charges of prostitution. Undercover police officers contacted the woman and a man to whom she had reportedly offered oral sex for $50 while they were in a vehicle. The man allegedly "had his pants down and [the woman] had an open condom in her hand." The man was issued a citation and released while the woman was booked into the Tempe City Jail.
An hour and a half earlier, a 41-year-old Mesa woman was also arrested on charges of prostitution. The woman was arrested on the 2100 block of East Cedar Street after she reportedly offered oral sex for $20 while near the intersection of Price Road and Apache Boulevard.
A 26-year-old Tempe man was arrested at his residence on the 1200 block of East Lemon Street on Thursday morning and charged with assault. The man allegedly slapped his live-in girlfriend three to four times in the face, held a blanket over her mouth and refused to let her go.
A 22-year-old male ASU student was arrested early Thursday morning near Rollerz, 420 S. Mill Ave., and charged with public urination. Police reported the suspect "was being disorderly by knocking over newspaper racks and was observed urinating on the storefront of Rollerz."
