ASU police reported the following incidents Monday:

A 57-year-old Scottsdale man was arrested on charges of loitering at the Palo Verde East residence hall early Sunday morning. The man was reportedly harassing female students and told police he was an ASU student. An identity check revealed "he was not enrolled at ASU and had no apparent reason for being at an ASU residence hall," police reported. The check also allegedly revealed the man had been contacted by ASU police 12 times in the past and was cited in March for trespassing at Palo Verde East.

A 19-year-old Tempe man who is a Scottsdale Community College student was arrested at San Pablo residence hall early Sunday morning and charged with having alcohol in his system. Police allegedly observed the man standing behind a short wall and reported he "had his hands to his front and appeared to be zipping up his pants." The man reportedly "said he just had to go real bad." An officer reportedly smelled the odor of alcoholic beverages, and the man allegedly told police he had consumed two or three beers. The man was cited on the alcohol charge and released. The officer reportedly told the man "since I did not actually see him urinating, I would not charge him for it."

Three 19-year-old male ASU students, all residents of Palo Verde Main, were arrested at Parking Structure 5 late Friday night on charges of alcohol possession. Police reportedly saw the men exit a vehicle and remove a 30-pack of Bud Light and two 12-packs of Keystone beer from the trunk. After being contacted by police, one of the men reportedly told police "they were going to put the beer in [an] ASU laundry cart and smuggle the beer in." He reportedly said they were "[c]aught f---ing red-handed."
