ASU Police reported the following incidents Monday:

A 19-year-old Phoenix man was arrested Saturday afternoon on Rio Salado Parkway for having an outstanding warrant from the Department of Public Safety.

The man, traveling westbound in a Toyota Corolla, was stopped by police for expired registration, police reported.

After the expiration was confirmed, police asked for the man's driver's license, registration and insurance, police reported.

The man informed police he did not have a driver's license because it was suspended, but he was willing to verbally tell police his identity, according to the police report.

The warrant was for driving with a suspended license charge, police reported.

The man was booked and released from custody at the ASU Police station, police reported.

An 18-year-old female ASU student was arrested Sunday morning at Tempe St. Luke's Hospital for under 21 with alcohol in the body.

Police responded to reports of a non-responsive student with possible alcohol poisoning at Palo Verde East, police reported.

When police arrived, they found the female lying on the floor of her bathroom where she had just thrown up, according to the police report.

Police reported the female was cognizant and told them she had been drinking shots of rum at a party.

The female told police she thought she had only taken two shots and she had taken Amoxicillin and a decongestant earlier in the evening, police reported.

Police reported a strong odor of intoxicating beverage coming from the female and that her eye's were watery and bloodshot and was unable to keep her balance while standing or walking without assistance.

The female's speech was also severely slurred, according to the police report.

She was transported to the hospital by ambulance and arrested while in the emergency room, police reported.

The female was issued a citation, which she signed and received a copy, and was released to the care of hospital staff, police reported.

An 18-year-old male ASU student was arrested Saturday morning at Manzanita Hall for consumption of alcohol while under age 21.

Police were dispatched to Manzanita Hall in reference to a male who needed medical attention, police reported.

The male was found in the lobby of Manzanita Hall and told police he had been drinking and believed his friends had poisoned him with some sort of alcohol, police reported.

The Tempe Fire Department arrived at Manzanita Hall to medically attend to the male, who refused to be transported to Tempe St. Luke's Hospital, according to the police report.

The male was issued a citation and was released with a copy of the citation, police reported.

A 26-year-old transient woman was arrested Sunday morning on one count of trespassing and one count of assault on the 600 block of South Mill Avenue.

The female snuck into a bar, where security told her to leave several times

which she refused, police reported.

Security finally began to escort the woman out of the bar and she attempted to slap the bouncer, according to the police report.

After being arrested, the woman kicked the officer, police reported.

The woman was booked into Tempe City Jail, police reported.

A 19-year-old transient man was arrested Saturday evening on the 900 block of East Apache Boulevard for one count of possession of marijuana.

During a vehicle stop, police found a plastic bag containing marijuana in the man's front right pocket, police reported.

The man was transported to Tempe City Jail, booked and released pending scientific analysis, according to the police report.

A 42-year-old transient woman was arrested Saturday night for third-degree trespass on the 3100 block of South Mill Avenue.

Police responded to a call from a security guard regarding the woman loitering and refusing to leave from Fry's Food, 3232 S. Mill Ave., police reported.

Police reported they asked the woman to leave, but she refused, saying, "Why would I?"

The woman was arrested and transported and booked in Tempe City Jail, police reported.
