Pizza aficionados from all over the country will tell you that Pizzeria Bianco, the infamous downtown joint with the three-hour waits, has the best pizza you'll ever eat. That might be true - but then again, even Dominos tastes delicious if you have to wait all night to get it. Skip the hype and head to La Grande Orange Pizzeria instead, where the service is fast, and the slices are fantastic. La Grande Orange, the yuppy-paradise grocery and cafe, becomes a sit-down pizza parlor from 4 to 10 p.m., serving up delights with both traditional toppings - sausage and pepperoni, mushroom and tomato - and gourmet fare like proscuitto and figs, or roasted corn and goat cheese. All varieties come on a perfect crust that is neither too crisp nor too thick. The laid back atmosphere is perfect for either a guys' or girls' night out, and the short-and-simple wine and beer list makes choosing drinks easy.
