ASU Police reported the following incidents Friday:
A 44-year-old Phoenix man was arrested at Lattie F. Coor Hall Thursday afternoon on charges of loitering.
The man reportedly stuck his hand through a stall door and moved his fingers beckoning a victim to come to him.
The victim viewed the act as a sexual advance and said he was "disturbed" and "sickened" by it, according to police.
The suspect was transported to the ASU police station, cited and released, police reported.
A 28-year-old Tempe man was arrested at the ASU police station Thursday evening for an outstanding ASU warrant.
Tempe Police reportedly contacted the man, and a records check revealed the outstanding warrant.
He was turned over to ASU Police, who transported and booked the man into Fourth Avenue Jail in Phoenix, police reported.

A 24-year-old Scottsdale man was arrested on the 200 block of East University Drive Thursday evening on charges of assaulting an officer and failure to provide identification.
The man was reportedly contacted by police for having an open beer in public. He was with another person who is under 21 and also had an open beer, police reported.
The suspect refused to give police his name or any form of identification before running from police, according to police reports.
When an officer caught the man, the suspect struck the officer in the chest with an open fist, according to police.
The man was booked into Tempe City Jail, police reported.
A 39-year-old Mesa man was arrested on Broadway Road Thursday afternoon for two outstanding warrants.
The man was reportedly passed out in a store, and a records check revealed the outstanding warrants.
The man was transported and booked into Tempe City Jail, police reported.
u A 21-year-old Tempe man was arrested on the 900 block of East Eighth Street Thursday evening on charges of aggravated DUI.
The man was pulled over for a traffic violation when it became apparent he was under the influence of alcohol, according to police.
The man took two breath tests, and his blood alcohol level was .170 and .169 percents, according to the report.
The man was transported and booked into Tempe City Jail, police reported.
