In one of my Devil Dishes last semester, I said I could not care less about April baseball and that it was not the time to talk about the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Now we can talk about the hometown team in Sedona red.
Forget about the fact that the Milwaukee Brewers have owned the D-backs this year.
The Snakes are still in first place and the way they have torn up the rest of the National League since the All-Star Break is pretty incredible.
More importantly, this team is young and fun to watch.
I'm waiting for Chris Young to hit a leadoff home run, rob a grand slam and steal home in the same game. He's already proven he can do all three.
And Brandon Webb is a stud. Give him the Cy Young again.
Lastly, good thing the Byung-Hyun Kim: Round Two experiment only lasted two starts.
