ASU police reported the following incidents Thursday:

A 55-year-old Phoenix man was arrested Friday night on charges of second degree trespassing, loitering and interference with an educational institution in the second story men's restroom at the Lattie Coor building, according to the police report.
He reportedly stated he was in the restroom for about 30 minutes seeking to receive or give oral sexual favors.
When asked why he had chosen that specific restroom to seek or receive oral sexual favors, he stated he had read a note scrawled on the wall of the first floor men's restroom in the Farmer Education building indicating activities of that nature would be taking place in the second floor men's restroom of the Coor building, police reported.
He reportedly said that four individuals had come in at different times to use the restroom stall next to the one he was in, but he was only able to see the person's back through the hole in the stall divider wall as they sat on the toilet.
The man was arrested on June 23, 2005, for indecent exposure at ASU and had been trespassed from school and also had an outstanding warrant at ASU on June 27, police reported.
He was cited and released and told not to return to ASU or he would be arrested for trespassing, according to the police report.

A 41-year-old Tempe man was arrested Wednesday morning on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and drug paraphernalia after he was stopped for a civil traffic violation at Broadmoor Drive and Rural Road, according to the police report.
He reportedly consented to a search of his personal belongings and placed a pack of cigarettes that were in his pocket down.
A search of the pack revealed a small bag with a crystalline substance believed to be methamphetamine, police reported.
He reportedly stated that the cigarettes were given to him.
He was transported to Tempe City Jail where he was booked, according to the police report.

A 25-year-old Phoenix man was arrested Wednesday night on charges of possession of narcotic drugs, drug paraphernalia and third degree trespassing, according to the police report.
He reportedly was arrested after trespassing in the female's restroom at the Fry's grocery store at 1835 E. Guadalupe Road.
A search revealed several insulin syringes in his pants pocket, according to the police report.
Police also found a substance believed to be heroin wrapped in two small foil packs inside his pants pocket, police reported.
He was transported to Tempe City Jail where he was booked, according to the police report.

An 18-year-old Phoenix man was arrested Wednesday evening on charges of first degree burglary, possession burglary tools, two counts of first degree trespassing and possession of stolen property/firearm after he attempted to burglarize a residence on the 1000 block of West Courtney Lane, police reported.
He reportedly was using a pry tool to attempt entry and had a shotgun in the car he arrived in.
Upon fleeing from police, he trespassed in a separate residential yard, according to the police report.
The gun in his possession was found to be stolen property, police reported.
He was transported to Tempe City Jail where he was booked, according to the police report.
