Tempe Police reported the following incidents Sunday:

A 25-year-old Tempe man, a 21-year-old male Scottsdale Community College student, a 27-year-old Tempe man and a 25-year-old male Mesa Community College student were arrested early Thursday morning on the 2300 block of East Bishop Drive on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia, police reported.
Police were responding to a call about an armed robbery when they arrived at the house and smelled marijuana inside the house, according to a police report.
While searching the house, officers found several large water bongs, two small pipes and marijuana residue in the common area of the home, police reported.
Police also found mushrooms in one of the men’s rooms, according to a report.
All of the men were transported to Tempe City Jail and booked on one count of being in possession of drug paraphernalia, one count of being in possession of marijuana, one count of being in possession of dangerous drugs and one count of committing misconduct with weapons, police reported.

A 28-year-old Mesa man and a 25-year-old Mesa woman were both arrested early Thursday morning on the 1500 block of East Baseline Road on suspicion of being in possession of dangerous drugs, police reported.
The two were arrested during a vehicle stop at the above location after the man in the passenger side of the car was seen inside of a stolen vehicle, according to a police report.
The man was removed from the passenger seat and a clear plastic bag containing a usable amount of methamphetamine was found on the passenger side floorboards, police reported.
The man admitted that the methamphetamine was his, and a records check found that the man had outstanding warrants from the Mesa and Chandler police departments, according to a report.
A clear plastic bottle containing a crystal-like substance was also found in plain view during the traffic stop. Prescription drugs that did not belong to the woman were also found, police reported.
Both the man and the woman were transported to Tempe City Jail. The man was held for possession of dangerous drugs and the woman was held for the possession of dangerous drugs and possession of prescription drugs, police reported.

An 18-year-old Chandler man was arrested Wednesday afternoon on the 3200 block of South Lakeshore Drive on suspicion of having marijuana for sale, police reported.
The man was seated in the passenger side of a vehicle while it was stopped for a civil traffic violation. An officer approached the car and could smell the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle while he was about 10 feet away, according to a police report.
Officials found a usable amount of marijuana located in a backpack and a plastic grocery bag containing approximately half a pound of marijuana located on the floor in front of the passenger seat, police reported.
The man admitted the bag was his and that he had purchased it earlier that day for $1,450 so that he could sell it to buy a laptop and pay off debt, according to a report.
The man denied any knowledge of the small baggie and police seized the $1,050 he had on him at the time, police reported.
He was transported to Tempe City Jail on one count of possession of marijuana for sale, according to a report.
