ASU Police reported the following incidents Wednesday:

A 19-year-old male ASU student is being investigated on suspicion of assault, police reported.
A female student reported that he picked her up and threatened to throw her off the second-floor balcony of Irish Hall on the Tempe campus early Friday morning, according to a police report.
The man is considered an investigative lead and no arrest has been made, police reported.

An unknown person or persons broke into the pickup truck of a 19-year-old male ASU student sometime last week, police reported.
The suspects shattered the windows and removed some of the student’s personal property from the truck, parked on the 700 block of East Apache Boulevard, according to the report.
Police reported no suspects, witnesses or investigative leads in the case, police reported.

A 29-year-old Tempe woman was arrested on suspicion of possession of narcotics at a concert venue near South Mill Avenue and East Rio Salado Boulevard late Monday night, police reported.
The woman was spotted by security smoking a powdery white substance from a glass vial, according to a police report.
When confronted, the woman threw the vial in the trash can and fled on foot, police reported.
The woman was contacted by police, arrested, booked into Tempe City Jail and released pending charges, according to a report.

A 23-year-old Mesa man was arrested on suspicion of second-degree burglary at the Tempe Police Station on the 1800 block of East Apache Boulevard Tuesday morning, according to a police report.
The man was turning himself in for a burglary he committed earlier that morning, in which he broke into another man’s apartment and stole a laptop, police reported.
The man brought the laptop with him to the station when he turned himself in, according to the report.
He was booked into Tempe City Jail and released pending charges, police reported.

A 25-year-old Phoenix man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a stolen firearm and possession of dangerous drugs for sale near South Mill Avenue and East Third Street early Tuesday morning, police reported.
The man was the passenger in a vehicle stopped for a routine traffic violation, according to a police report.
The officer smelled marijuana in the vehicle, prompting a search in which he found a backpack containing a handgun, a useable quantity of marijuana and one ecstasy pill, police reported.
The man was arrested and booked into Tempe City Jail, where a search revealed 69 ecstasy pills, according to the report.
The man was held to see a judge, police reported.
