Tempe Police reported the following incidents Sunday:

  • A 30-year-old Tempe woman was arrested Thursday night on the 1300 block of West Broadway Road on suspicion of disorderly conduct, police reported.

    Investigation revealed the woman unlawfully entered a residence and was banging on the door and window, according to a police report.

    When police found her identification it was revealed that she had given false information about her identity, police reported.

    She also was found to have two Mesa city warrants for her arrest, according to a report.

    The woman was transported to Tempe City Jail on one count of first-degree trespassing, one count of disorderly conduct and one count of giving false information to law enforcement, police reported.

  • A 30-year-old man was arrested Thursday afternoon on the 2000 block of East Don Carlos Avenue on suspicion of burglary, police reported.

    Investigation revealed the man entered a residential structure and was in the process of removing a copper pipe, according to a police report.

    He was arrested on one count of second-degree burglary and one count of possession of burglary tools, police reported.

  • An 18-year-old Tempe man was arrested Thursday afternoon at West Ninth Street and South Mill Avenue on suspicion of reckless driving, police reported.

    Investigation revealed the man was driving southbound on Mill Avenue when his vehicle collided with a bicyclist who was crossing Mill Avenue in a marked crosswalk, according to a police report.

    The bicyclist sustained life- threatening injuries and investigation found the driver was traveling at an excessive speed, police reported.

    The man was transported to Tempe City Jail on one count of endangerment and one count of reckless driving, according to a report.

  • A 23-year-old Tempe man was arrested Thursday morning on the 100 block of West Fifth Street on suspicion of recklessly handling a firearm, police reported.

    It was found the man had gotten into a fight with his friend and pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the other man, according to a police report.

    The man admitted to being in an argument and pulling out the handgun, police reported.

    The other man fled the scene and does not want to prosecute, according to a report.

    The 23-year-old was transported to Tempe City Jail on one count of recklessly handling a firearm, police reported.

  • A 21-year-old transient man was arrested Wednesday night on the 200 block of East Apache Boulevard on suspicion of trespassing, police reported.

    The man was observed walking throughout a secured ASU residential dorm, according to a police report.

    He was asked to leave several times but he refused, police reported.

    The man also gave a false name and false date of birth to police, according to a report.

    He was transported to Tempe City Jail on one count of first-degree trespassing and one count of giving false information to police, police reported.
