- ASU Police reported the following incidents Wednesday:
- An unknown person or persons committed theft Monday by stealing a bicycle from a bike rack located near the Fulton Center on the Tempe Campus between 5 and 8:30 p.m., according to a police report.

The bicycle, estimated to be worth $115, belonged to the girlfriend of an 18-year-old male undergraduate, police reported.
There are no known witnesses, suspects or leads at this time, according to a report.
- A male undergraduate was arrested Saturday on suspicion of assault with intent to injure, insult or provoke after he reportedly pulled a 20-year-old female undergraduate toward him and touched her right chest area over her shirt, according to a police report.

The incident occurred at around 11:30 a.m. near the Rural Road parking structure on the Tempe Campus and the victim did not wish to press charges, police reported.
Tempe Police reported the following incidents Wednesday:
- A 38-year old transient man was arrested Sunday around 11:52 p.m. on suspicion of felony parole violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and false reporting to law enforcement, according to a police report.

The man initially gave the arresting officers his brother’s name and information, according to a police report.
The incident occurred near South Lola Lane and East Howe Avenue in Tempe and the man booked into Tempe City Jail, police reported.
- A 22-year-old Tempe man was arrested Sunday on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and third-degree burglary after an investigation revealed he unlawfully entered an unsecured vehicle at an apartment complex near East Baseline Road and South Rural Road in Tempe, according to a police report.

The man admitted to the crime after being positively identified by the victim and three witnesses, police reported.
A search also revealed the man was in possession of six needles, which he admitted were his to use for drug consumption, according to a report.
He was taken to Tempe City Jail and booked, police reported.
- A 38-year-old Mesa man was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana Sunday near the 1400 block of South Kenneth Lane in Tempe, according to a police report.

After detecting the scent of marijuana in the air around him, officers contacted the man and he admitted to having marijuana in his front pocket, police reported.
He was taken to Tempe City Jail and released pending charges, according to a report.
- A 30-year-old Glendale woman was arrested Sunday around 3:15 a.m. near West Hu Esta Drive and South Mill Avenue on suspicion of possession of dangerous drugs with intent to sell, according to a police report.

A search of the woman’s vehicle revealed about 20 pills, reportedly packaged for sale, under the front passenger seat, police reported.
She was taken to Tempe City Jail booked and processed, according to a report.
