ASU Police reported the following incidents Monday:
- Four undergraduate men were arrested Saturday around 1 a.m. near Sun Devil Stadium on the Tempe campus on suspicion of criminal trespassing, according to a police report.
The men were seen on the football field climbing the goal posts by a security guard and were contacted after climbing the fence on the southeast corner of the stadium to exit, police reported.
The men, two 19-year-olds and two 18-year-olds, were all cited and released for trespassing, according to a report.
- A 19-year-old undergraduate man was arrested Friday on Alpha Drive on the Tempe campus on suspicion of criminal trespassing, according to a police report.
Around 4 a.m. the man reportedly unlawfully entered a private residence, police reported.
After his arrest, it was discovered the man was under the influence of alcohol and he was also arrested on charges of being a minor in consumption of alcohol, according to police.
The man also had three outstanding misdemeanor warrants for his arrest, police reported.
He was transported to the ASU Police Station, processed and booked into the Fourth Avenue Jail, according to a report.
- Two undergraduate women were arrested Wednesday at Vista Del Sol on the Tempe campus on suspicion of assault, according to a police report.
The women, one 19-year-old and one 18-year-old, were engaged in mutual combat around 2 p.m. and both sustained minor injuries as a result, police reported.
- An unknown person or persons committed theft Wednesday between 3:20 and 4:45 p.m. by stealing a bicycle that was parked on the west side of the Life Sciences Tower E-wing, according to a police report.
The bicycle, which belonged to a 21-year-old undergraduate man, was estimated to be worth around $1,000 and there are no leads, suspects or witnesses at this time, police reported.
- An 18-year-old undergraduate man was arrested Feb. 1 near the Desert Arboretum Park on the Tempe campus on suspicion of criminal trespassing, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a police report.
The incident occurred around 6:36 p.m. and the man was processed and released from the ASU Police Station, according to a report.
- An unknown person or persons committed theft on Jan. 28 by stealing a chainsaw from the back of a work crew’s flatbed truck that was parked in front of the Farmer Education Building, according to a police report.
The incident was reported to police Wednesday and the estimated value of the chainsaw was $400, according to a report.
There are no leads, suspects or witnesses at this time, police reported.
