Tempe Police reported the following incidents Monday:

  • A 26-year-old Avondale man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana at the intersection of Fifth Street and Mill Avenue at approximately 1:55 a.m. on Feb. 4, police reported.

    Police witnessed the man punching a cab’s rear right window while the car was stopped at a red light, according to a police report.

    The man was transported to Tempe City Jail where a search of his person revealed a usable amount of marijuana in his left front pocket, police reported.

    He was booked and released, according to a police report.

  • A 21-year-old Phoenix woman was arrested on suspicion of failure to ID, possession of narcotic drugs and possession of dangerous drugs at the 2000 block of South Mill Avenue at approximately 12:29 a.m. on Feb. 4, police reported.

    The woman, a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over, would not provide her name or ID to the officer, though she was given several opportunities, according to a police report.

    A search of her person revealed a clear plastic bag containing white powder believed to be cocaine in her bra and a small amount of methamphetamine in her right pants pocket, police reported.

ASU Police reported the following incidents Monday:
  • An unknown person or persons stole a bicycle from Cholla Apartments on ASU’s Tempe campus between 5 p.m. on Feb. 1 and 12 p.m. on Feb. 2, according to a police report.

    The total estimated loss is $111, police reported.

    There are no suspects or leads at this time, according to a police report.

  • An unknown person or persons stole a bicycle from the 700 block of East Lemon Street between 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 25 and 9:45 a.m. on Feb. 26, police reported.

    The total estimated loss is $157, according to a police report.
