Students were evacuated from the Nursing and Health Innovation I building on ASU’s Downtown campus at approximately 9:35 a.m. Wednesday when a gas leak was reported.

Southwest Gas was on the scene when students began to evacuate the building, said ASU Police spokesman Cmdr. Jim Hardina.

Hardina said the building was closed for approximately one hour and re-opened at 10:45 a.m.
