ASU Police reported the following incidents Monday:
Police are investigating a burglary that allegedly took place Wednesday evening on the 500 block of University Drive, according to a police report.
The burglar entered the Palo Verde East dorm and took more than $500 worth of books, police reported.
Three of the four students living in the dorm suite were gone when the burglar entered the room, according to the report.
The three students told police they locked their doors before leaving the dorm for four hours prior to the incident, police reported.
The fourth roommate told police she heard male voices in the adjoining room while she was moving into the dorm, according to the report.
There was no sign of forced entry into either of the rooms, and no one besides the residents were given access to their dorms, police reported.
There are no suspects or leads, according to the report.
Police are investigating the theft and criminal damage of a student’s bike Monday afternoon at Hayden Library on the 300 block of Orange Mall, according to a police report.
The student returned to the library’s southwest bike rack a few hours after locking it up and noticed his tires were cut and the inner tubes were stolen, police reported.
The student told police he locked his bike with a U-lock and a cable lock, according to the report.
There are no suspects or leads at this time, police reported.
