Man urinates on car in public parking lot


ASU Police reported the following incidents Tuesday:

  • A 21-year-old man was arrested Sunday on the 800 block of South Mill Avenue on suspicion of public urination, according to a police report.

    Police spoke to the man while patrolling a parking lot after noticing the man had urinated on the tires of a car, police reported.

    The man said he was urinating on the car and explained that he was unable to locate a bathroom, according to the report.

    The man was cited and released, police reported.

  • A 19-year-old man was arrested Sunday on the 1200 block of South Forest Avenue on suspicion of drug paraphernalia possession, according to a police report.

    Police spoke with the man after a resident of Best Hall reported the smell of marijuana coming from a room, police reported.

    The man told police he smoked marijuana inside of his room within the hour and that he had a migraine, which he was trying to treat with the marijuana, according to the report.

    Police found a vaporizer and bag of marijuana, which the man said belonged to him, police reported.

    The drugs and vaporizer were confiscated, according to the report.

    The man was cited and released, police reported.
