ASU Police reported the following incident Thursday:
- A man was arrested Saturday at the 700 block of East Lemon Street on suspicion of drinking while under 21, according to a police report.
The man vomited and passed out after returning to his dorm, according to the report.
He had to support himself with a wall while talking to a police officer, and the officer could smell alcohol on his breath, police reported.
The man told the officer he had two beers at 922 Place apartments and refused to take a Breathalyzer test, according to the report.
He was cited and released, police reported.
