Print Anywhere is designed for students and faculty to swipe their Sun Card or Pitchfork ID Debit Mastercard at any Print Anywhere location and all charges will be charged to the user's My ASU account listed under finances.

These charges can be paid at the user's convenience by debit or credit within 30 days, before accumulating late fees.

Nursing junior Rachel Thompson said she thought the new upgrade would be more convenient for her.

"For class, I sometimes have to print 40 to 50 pages at a time, and that itself can take up time," she said. "It is nice knowing I can just print my pages now and deal with the payment later."

By eliminating the hassle of mandatory pre-paid services, students are more inclined to utilize the hassle-free Print Anywhere devices around campus.

Nutrition senior Julia Anderson said whenever she needed something printed for class, she usually tried to avoid the Print Anywhere devices.

"Prior to the upgrade, I just looked at them as being difficult so I would attempt to find an empty classroom on campus and print what I needed for free," she said. "With the new upgrade, it just makes the process quicker and less stressful for everyone."

For campus visitors without a My ASU account or ASURITE User ID, Print Anywhere Guest Cards can be purchased at the Sun Devil Bookstore. Guest Cards can be utilized at any of the Library Print Stations or Reservation PC.

Hayden Library employee Jillian Forster said the change is simple yet effective,

"It's about time," she said.

Users who still have remaining funds on their account from the previous pre-paid services will be refunded.
