Students wishing to access financial information over the phone can now review confidential information using a PIN system through the ASU Service Center.

The PIN, which was automatically assigned to each student, can be accessed through the ASU Service Center by clicking the “View” option next to the box.

Students will identify themselves with the number to access their accounts telephonically.

ASU spokesman Mark Johnson said the change will work similarly to an online banking system, with the unique PIN used to gain access to the account when the person is away from their computer or with a question about finances.

When trying to access financial aid or payment records, students will be asked to provide their PIN before discussing the account or finances. Users can also reset their number through the service center.
